CanadaShroums wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order of artisan chocolate bars, gourmet fruit gummies, loose leaf tea, or herbal softgels, you may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or consumed food products, supplements, or tea items. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted for return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address information, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from CanadaShroums pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be directed to the shipping carrier.
